Logan Square Photography Studio with Unbelievable Space & Natural Light简介

Our specious studio is approximately 1,100sqf with 14foot ceilings and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that provide incredible natural light.
It is an open space with a few seating areas and some antique/vintage furniture and accessories which will give you endless possibilities for creativity to flow.
There is also a beautiful back yard with a gorgeous old tree - this is available Apr-Oct.

For the last decade the space was operating as an art & photography studio for an amazing artist and a good friend of ours, Rosemary Warner, and we would love to see it continue to be utilized as a space where creativity comes alive, as we support her in moving closer to her family after her husband's premature death a couple of years ago. Our goal is to be able to preserve this beautiful corner building so it doesn't end up being knocked down and turned into another multi-unit residential building.

This space would be perfect for:
photography/ Videography
Art Gallery/ Painting & Art Classes
Yoga/ Meditation/ Sound Healing/ Fitness/ Dance & any other kind of classes or courses
Micro Weddings / any other special events (We got married there ourselves, 5 years ago)
Pop-up Markets...
