It is centrally located in the historic Bridgeport Arts corridor (cross streets 35th and Ashland) and a 10-minute drive from downtown. Close to expressway 90 and 55 and Sox Park. Accessible by public transport, Uber/taxi, with a parking lot able to hold 150 vehicles and valet service available.

This commercial structure built at the turn of the century offers 10,000 square feet of customizable space with an occupancy of approximately 400 — perfect for any social event, from intimate to lively, business to private. Preserved historic character as an industrial loft, we upgraded with all new electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and connectivity.

Amenities include a kitchen (refrigerator, counter, ice, food preparation, microwave), freight elevator, freshly renovated restrooms (3 total on the floor), chairs and tables available for rent, original hardwood floors, coat closet, massive natural lighting, high ceilings, exposed brick, Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessible/ADA compliant, security provided, and a list of preferred DJ, food, and bottle services.

Home to a contemporary fine art gallery, unlike other empty spaces, it provides an exquisitely decorated environment, which offers unique vignettes for people to interact with. At the same time, the ample corridors also allow for easy movement. Over 70 national and international artists adorn the area, so renting this place is a luxurious and memorable experience for guests.

All hours in the space are billable, including set up and tear down hours. All events must be private events with RSVP guest lists. Cleaning is the renter’s responsibility. Absolutely no advertised and/or public events, or events where admission is charged and/or where admission tickets must be presented to enter, can be held at our venue.
