When you step onto the back deck you feel transported to a vacation retreat with multiple entertaining zones. You can dine under the pergola, gather around the fire pit, or set up the outdoor bar to enjoy the weather and fresh air.

In the basement you can relax and unwind in the sauna. There’s also a multi-use room that can transform into a meditation room, a fitness center (it has kettle balls and bands), a massage room with one table. Or this room can also be converted and used as an additional bedroom with a king air mattress. The main entertaining area features a wet bar, dj set available at an extra cost, and a large tv with a playstation available for guest use. There’s also a patio right off of the basement living room - perfect for facilitating indoor-outdoor entertaining.

The heart of the house has a large dining space in an industrial chefs kitchen fully loaded with nice matching dinnerware, drinking, and wine glasses, champagne flutes, Vitamix, juicer, espresso machine, coffee and tea machines, Kitchen Aid Mixer, quality knives, large refrigerator, stove, air-fryer, and serving platters, everything a chef would need to prepare whatever you'd need.

Each bedroom is not only stylish but also comfortable, all king sized beds, soft cozy bedding, linen or cotton sheets, down pillows and comforters and seating. the house is equipped with smart color lighting, and brilliant sound system powered by sonos speakers connected throughout the house.
