Hourly rate is determined by guest count:
0-50 - $450/hr
51-100 - $550/hr
101-150 - $650/hr

*Loud music is not allowed. Band/DJ must end by 10pm. Cleanup by 11:00pm

*There is an additional charge of $350 to bring in a live band or DJ and $100 for each drop-off and pickup outside of scheduled event time. We must be notified of all planned vendors and deliveries prior to event day.

*Venue is on the 2nd floor with stairs access only. Please notify all vendors and deliveries regarding stair access.

*Outside catering is allowed but must clean up after yourselves. All trash must be taken out to the dumpsters. We highly recommend Jordan's Food of Distinction for catering, staff, and event planning. https://www.jfod.com/

*Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender and may not be sold without a liquor license.

* No cooking onsite (catering only)
